What is your returns policy?

We made our returns policy simpler for you. Try your piece in the comfort of your  home and if you need to send it back, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return provided you have your receipt.

We will refund you as soon as the piece arrives to the studio. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed..

What are your estimated delivery times?

Estimated delivery times are between 3-5 working days for online pieces. For bespoke designs estimated delivery times are between 10-15 working days.

We are experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping might be slightly delayed.

Last orders for Christmas is December 15th

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery is free of charge for our products within the Republic of Ireland.

Outside ROI there are different charges depending if you are based in the EU or outside.
